It takes time to identify quality candidates, and it’s not worth wasting your bandwidth without a genuine prospect. We encourage all of our clients to be patient. Every month, we facilitate an average of 30 hires, and we’re confident your perfect-match provider is out there too.

Your subscription continues for the length of the term agreed on in your services contract, leaving you with full access to the Inline Platform. Most clients use their remaining time to create a backlog of candidates for roles with high turnover or roles they know they need to fill in the future. And some clients simply roll us into their overall recruitment process, so they have uninterrupted access to pre-screened provider talent.

Currently, there is no refund for hires that leave their new role. We endeavor to ensure our clients’ satisfaction and encourage you to reach out to us if this issue (or something else) comes up. There may be ways we can help.

Yes, several Inline Recruiters will be working directly for you in the background. Recruiters comb through our databases, looking for matches, and then reach out to screen candidates. Your Account Manager will present candidates the Recruiters have screened and deemed a good fit for your needs, saving you time and helping streamline your hiring process.

No, our clients never pay additional fees for candidate names or interview access. Those fees are mostly associated with standard recruiting firms, but since we specialize in sourcing and screening candidates, those fees are not a part of our business model.

If we don't know where they are in your process or if you are engaged with them at all, we are still recruiting them and you don't want that. Second reason, if the candidate doesn't respond to you, it could be because they are being inundated with calls from recruiters. We have a relationship with these candidates so we can help you connect with them.

We still offer subscription plans with no placement fees, but the reason we offer plans with placement fees is because our clients asked for that. There is a large section of partners and potential clients of Inline who are unwilling or unable to pay any money up front, so a placement fee at the end is the only way they can work with us (and they want to work with us), so we met that section of the industry where they needed us.
