Compensation: Compensation is based on experience level and licensing, with a range of $69k-$104k.

Additional Information: Seeking LCSW-C or LCPC therapists who are experienced in providing care to both adults and children within an integrated care model amongst primary care.
Therapists are allowed to work an incredible schedule, including admin time from home and flexibility when organizing a hybrid schedule.

- The person shall perform job duties that are consistent with a model that integrates primary mental health care with primary medical care.

QUALIFICATIONS:
