Hours: 40 Hours | Monday - Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM / 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM

Requirements:
- Masters of Social Work
- NYS LMSW Certification
- 2+ years of experience
- Ability to work with immigrant communities, diverse families, and individuals with complex psycho-social needs.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Bilingual Spanish/English

As a member of our Social Services Department, the Social Worker (LMSW), provides patients with supportive counseling, crisis intervention, psycho-education, advocacy, and connections to support services. The current opening is in the Bronx, stationed at our New Health Center- ParkTree.
