San Fernando Community Health Center (SFCHC) is a Federally Qualified Health Center dedicated to providing the highest quality of care to everyone in our community, with an emphasis on serving the most vulnerable. SFCHC was designated a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) in August 2015, but our commitment to this community and its people spans more than ninety years, beginning originally in 1923 as the San Fernando Valley’s first community hospital. SFCHC now moves into the future as a state-of-the-art health center with a full complement of medical, dental, behavioral health and education services.
