“Coming from the staffing industry two years prior to RHCC I see a family type atmosphere at RHCC. For two years I had the opportunity to visit dozens of industries/plants across North Carolina. In which many operated under a points system. I’ve seen good, hard-working employees fall short on time and unfortunately lose their job. In the industrial industry I’ve seen individuals do their job and only their job – never ask the person next to them if they need help. There is no perfect place but at RHCC I’ve seen staff donate leave, money, helping hand and services to coworkers. Since 1985, Robeson Health Care Corporation (RHCC), a private non-profit Federally Qualified Health Center, has been considered a leader in North Carolina’s primary and preventative health care and substance abuse services to the residents of our service area. Our service area encompasses the counties of Robeson, Columbus, Scotland, Montgomery, Moore, Johnston and Pitt. Our mission is to improve the health status of our community and reduce health disparities by serving as an access point for healthcare.
