Job Description

Hours: up to 3 12 hour shifts per week, per diem, 5-7 shifts per month 5-7 shifts per month on average, minimum of 3 shifts every 4 weeks Mon - Fri: 9:00 am - 9:00 pm
Average patients seen: 20+
Call Schedule: No Call
Sign-On Bonus
Compensation: Shift (per diem)
