Job Description

Hours: Rotate between inpatient and outpatient on a 1:5 rotation.
Average patients seen: 11-15
Call Schedule: Weekends Rotate weekend coverage 1:5
Sign-On Bonus

Additional Information: Portland Oregon - Seeking an excellent nurse practitioner or physician assistant with advanced heart failure experience. Full-time position (1.0 FTE). Weekend call rotation. Mix of inpatient and outpatient care. Competitive compensation. At least one year of post-graduate experience preferred.
