Compensation:
- 1 Year Experience: $105,000
- 2 Years Experience: $110,000
- 3+ Years Experience: $115,000

Additional Information: - Must be willing to work in any of Peak Vista's 26 Health Centers as needed.
- Must be licensed to practice in Colorado or be eligible to obtain a CO license. Prescriptive authority preferred.
- Must be comfortable in providing care to all age groups and be able to serve at our minor illness acute care center.
- Our ideal candidate has 2+ years of practice experience in family medicine, practicing in a primary care setting.
- Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus.
- Working knowledge of NextGen or other EHR systems is a plus; computer proficiency a must.
- You will be joining a team of providers, including a medical director, physician and other advanced practice providers.
