- 2 years of experience performing work in a clinical health care practice required.
- Can work with any active state medical license, Alaska license not required.

The purpose of this position is to provide a midlevel provider perspective on an interdisciplinary team to improve health outcomes of the residents within the Norton Sound region through collaboration with Norton Sound Health Corporation Patient Centered Medical Home (PCMH) and outside agencies; specialize in patient care processes and clinical workflows, and assist a clinical team that travels to village communities.
