Our Watertown facility recently underwent a $1.6M renovation in 2018. The new space offers full integration of services with a centralized patient registration area and an integrated primary medical care and behavioral health suite. Dental, WIC, and insurance enrollment are offered onsite as well.

The Greater Watertown area is a great place to live and to work. Located in northern New York State, we are proud of our lush farmlands, miles of waterfront and acres of forests, quaint villages, a booming commercial center, and of course, Fort Drum, home to the 10th Mountain Division, one of the most deployed divisions in the Army.
Watertown is the commercial hub of Jefferson County and is home to nationally recognized manufacturing facilities like the “Little Trees” Car Fresheners. There are numerous national retailers and restaurant chains here, as well as many quaint shops and boutiques found throughout the county.
Jefferson County is part of the Thousand Islands Region, which is a beautiful region on the New York-Canada border. The region boasts a geography that allows for endless hours of boating, camping, hiking, golfing and other recreational activities.
There are over 15 state parks dispersed among the shores of Lake Ontario, the St. Lawrence River and the islands nestled into those bodies of water. These state parks are great places for hiking, camping, fishing and anything else you would like to do to enjoy the beautiful scenery.
For the more adventurous types, the lakes and rivers of the region have resulted in numerous locations for activities such as scuba diving and whitewater rafting. On land, the New York winter brings plenty of snow for snowmobiling and skiing.
