Job Description

Hours: Monday - Thursday 8 AM - 5:00 PM | Friday 8 AM - 12 PM

Average patients seen: 17-22
Call Schedule: 1 Month per Year Rotation

Compensation: $175K - $180K Plus Bonus Incentives 10% of Gross Salary | Based on Productivity, Quality Improvement, and Community Outreach/Provider Conduct

Additional Information:
- Candidate must be able to practice at any of our locations. May be floating between clinics as needed. All clinic sites are located within 20 minutes of each other in Volusia County.
