Our Main Street Clinic is located inside the Centennial Health Center. We have been in this building for over 20 years, conveniently located in the heart of Moscow. The Clinic is across the street from Gritman Medical Center. The Clinic offers full medical, dental and mental health services.
Providers in this location provide care for patients from birth through childhood and on through the adult years into old age. They are fully supported with an extensive on-site laboratory and digital x-ray services in addition to an Electronic Health Record (EHR) system, a secure email messaging system and state-of-the-art electronic billing and scheduling systems.
Our West Side Clinic is located at 2500 W “A” Street.
