The Institute for Family Health is a not-for-profit, Federally Qualified Health Center network (FQHC) with locations in Manhattan, the Bronx, and the Mid-Hudson Valley region of New York State. The Institute’s mission is to provide high-quality primary care, behavioral health services, and dental care to medically underserved communities, and to train health care professionals to care for vulnerable populations. Established in 1983, the Institute is now one of the largest FQHCs in New York, with 26 locations – and we’re still growing! With our state-of-the-art electronic health record and award-winning staff, we are always innovating to help our patients and the communities we serve stay healthy.
