First Choice Primary Care was established in 2007 as a non-profit community health center operating in Macon and Warner Robins. As a community health center, we provide quality care to insured, uninsured, and underserved individuals.
First Choice Primary Care collaborates with other community agencies and organizations to identify and address the health needs of our patients, and support initiatives in housing, education, community development, and public health that contribute to the wellbeing of the citizens of Macon-Bibb and Houston counties.
Warner Robins, Georgia's International City, is best known as the home of Robins Air Force Base, the Museum of Aviation (second largest in the country), and the Southeast Regional Little League Headquarters and field. Residents can "bird watch" by viewing the aircraft traffic from the Museum of Aviation's observation deck and enjoy an exciting air show and "Wings and Wheels" Car Show.
We are home to more than 105 eclectic restaurants, 1900 award-winning hotel rooms, shopping, spas, and several golf facilities offering championship golf holes.
Warner Robbins is just 90 miles south of Atlanta and 14 miles south of Macon. Highways and roads traveling through the city lead from the heart of the state to the mountains, and to the coast all within a 150 mile radius of the city.
