Job Description

Hours: Flexible | 2-3 Days Per Week | Clinic Hours: Monday - Friday 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Average patients seen: Up To 10
Compensation:
- $55-$65 Per Hour

- Malpractice insurance and FTCA (federal medical professional liability program)
- Pro-rated CME
Additional Information:
- Damian Family Health Center is a Federally Qualified Health Center.
- Must be comfortable performing restorations and extractions.
- Some patients will be seen as part of our residential program.
- Medicaid enrollment required.
- Spanish is a plus but not required.
- Full clinical and office support staff.
