Hours: Clinic Hours: Monday - Friday 7 AM - 6 PM
Employed
Average patients seen: 15-20
Call Schedule: Rotated

Additional Information:
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, DEA and State of Idaho Controlled Substance
Registration numbers required.
