Hours: Flexible Schedules | Monday, Tuesday, Thursday 8:30 AM - 8:00 PM | Wednesday 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM | Friday 8:30 AM - 3:00 PM | Saturday 8:30 AM - 1:00 PM

Compensation: Base Salary of $215,000 - $225,000 | Based on Experience

Additional Information: - Experience in an FQHC or Hospital setting highly preferred, not required
- Spanish is highly preferred, but not required.
- Preference for providers current with Medicare/Medicaid
- PT is not eligible for benefits
