Hours: M-F 8-5. On call 24/7
Call Schedule: Weekdays, Weekends rotate between 3 other providers
Sign-On Bonus

* Relocation allowance.
* Duties include comprehensive symptom management, discussions related to patients' values and goals of care, emotional and spiritual support, and advanced-care planning.
* Monday to Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. schedule.
* Call pay for after 5 p.m. and weekends.
* Work with 3 other APPs and 2 full-time physicians.
