Our vision is a healthy community where all individuals, regardless of their ability to pay, have access to comprehensive, coordinated, affordable, quality health care.
Founded in 2000 by a group of committed volunteers, the Clinic offers primary care, behavioral health services, health and wellness education, preventative services, acute and chronic disease management, and dental services for pediatric and adult patients. We offer outreach and enrollment services to assist people in attaining health care benefits through the Affordable Care Act.
