Hours: Per diem | Monday - Friday 8 AM - 5 PM

Additional Information: - This nurse practitioner will work Per Diem and float between our Los Angeles County Facilities
- The Per Diem schedule will be set a month in advance excluding sick days
- Our Los Angeles County Clinics are Baldwin Park Health Center #1 and #2, El Monte Health Center, La Puente Health Center, Los Angeles Broadway Health Center, Downtown Los Angeles Health Center, South Los Angeles Health Center, and San Pedro Health Center
- These locations are within a 40 mile radius of each other
- The provider will have the ability to choose which clinic they will be based
