CCI Health & Wellness Services, provides quality primary care, Women, Infants and Children (WIC) nutrition services, and other health-related services to medically under-served persons, promotes improved access to health care services, and conducts its mission in a nondiscriminatory manner, sensitive to the needs of the community and the dignity of every individual.
Our staff is highly diverse and well-trained. We are spread across seven clinic locations and an administrative office. Altogether, the staff speaks 22 languages; a number of employees are multilingual. More than 150 people work at CCI. Licensed Board Certified Medical Providers and primary care support staff include Physicians, Nurse Practitioners, Physician Assistants, Nurses, Behavioral Health Therapists, a Certified Diabetes Educator, Patient Referral Coordinators and Medical Assistants. Dental staff includes Dentists, a Hygienist, and Dental Assistants. The WIC program employs Registered Dietitians, Nutrition Counselors, Nutrition Assistants, an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant and support staff. Our health centers welcome dedicated volunteer Physicians as needs and space allow. Executive and department staff provide leadership and management.
