- A Full-Time Clinician Averages Between $132,000 - $165,000

Requirements:
- California License
- DEA License with no restrictions
- BLS Certificate
- 1 year of experience in ER or urgent care or similar setting
Ideal Qualities:
- Flexibility and willingness to work some weekends and holidays
- Able to work in other clinic locations, as needed
In this role,
- You will provide and manage direct patient care, including physical examinations, evaluations, assessments, diagnosis, and treatment.
- Perform digital blocks and local anesthesia.
- Perform minor outpatient surgical procedures such as wound closure and management, incision and drainage, foreign body removal.
- Perform diagnostic and therapeutic procedures such as aspirations and injection of joints, bursas, and cysts. Start IV fluids.
- Perform closed reductions of simple fractures or dislocations of fingers/toes, including nursemaid's elbow reductions.
- Apply and modify braces, splints, and other orthopedic appliances.
