- Provides comprehensive case managed primary care services in an ambulatory care setting. Contributes to quality assurance, staff development, and other programmatic and clinical functions.
- Must demonstrate ability to plan and conduct comprehensive treatment plans.

- REQUIRED: NY License or ability to obtain. DEA registration. HIV Specialist certification.
- PREFERRED: 3+ years of clinical experience. Hepatitis C experience. Prior experience in public health. Bilingual Spanish.
