Job Description

Hours: Clinic Hours Monday - Friday 8:30 AM - 8 PM, Saturday 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM, and Sunday 10:30 AM - 2:30 PM

Average patients seen: 2.5 an Hour
Call Schedule: 1 Month a Year | After Hours

Additional Information: - 3 years of experience is required
- Current DEA Registration and Buprenorphine Certified required
- A minimum of two years' experience in substance abuse treatment highly preferred
- The Nurse Practitioner assists clinical staff members in the development of therapeutic treatment plans and skills for providing services to persons with substance use and co-occurring mild to moderate depression and anxiety disorders.
