The physicians of Beaver Medical Group control the focus and destiny of the organization. After two years of full-time service, physicians are eligible to become a partner in the group. The Board of Directors is comprised of physicians who are elected to govern the group for a three-year term. In our democratic structure, all physicians have a voice in the direction and operation of the group.
