- Base Salary Ranges From $96,900 - $145,000

- Ampla Health is a non-profit network of community-based Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHC) offering comprehensive medical, dental, behavioral health, pediatrics, chiropractic and specialty healthcare services in Butte, Colusa, Glenn, Sutter, Tehama and Yuba counties.
- Under the general supervision of the Chief Medical Officer, the Family Nurse Practitioner is responsible to provide generalized health care services and must be knowledgeable in systems improvement and have the ability to facilitate a culture of a Patient-Centered Medical Home that is sensitive to the needs of the patients.
- 2 years of experience is preferred.
- Experience with women's health/family planning is strongly preferred, but not required.
- The mobile unit will provide primary care services within a 30-mile radius of Chico, CA.
- Providers will see patients in their homes. In addition, providers will bring care to the underserved in the area, including the homeless.
