SouthRiver Community Health Center - a federally qualified health center - provides comprehensive and fully-integrated primary care and behavioral health services for children, adolescents, and adults, with a special commitment to those who are uninsured, low-income, and medically underserved.

Compass Behavioral Health is honored to serve as the Community Mental Health Program and mental health service provider for Douglas County. Our services include psychiatric and behavioral health care services for children, adolescents, adults, and families, including: 24-hour crisis care, forensic services, early assessment and diagnosis, psychiatric medical services, outpatient care, supported employment, and school-based services.

Adapt provides a variety of convenient and accessible Substance Use treatment options to help individuals and their families heal in their own way and at their own pace. When it comes to recovery, one size does not fit all. We offer a full-continuum of essential care for individuals and families with substance use and co-occurring behavioral health disorders—from medical detox and residential care to outpatient treatment and after care. Our programs connect science with practice to bring hope, health and recovery to the children, adolescents, adults and families we serve. Helping people achieve lasting recovery is our number one goal. Roseburg is just an hour from the Oregon Coast, a short drive through the most scenic landscape in Oregon that leads up to Crater Lake, some of the most epic outdoor sports (fishing, mountain bike riding, rock climbing, rafting, and more!) and is the center of Oregon’s growing wine industry. 

The Crater Lake National Park

When the towering Mt. Mazama erupted over 7,700 years ago, the powerful blast created Crater Lake, America's deepest lake. Visitors will marvel at the pristine blue waters of Crater Lake and will have plenty opportunities to take in the view. Hike spectacular trails, picnic near fields of wildflowers, drive the 33 mile trip around the caldera rim or enjoy camping in the most scenic of settings. There is so much to do visitors here will want to return and time and again. 

Fishing the Waters of the Land of Umpqua

Some of the finest fishing in Oregon is right here in the Land of Umpqua. Fishing enthusiasts will find just about every style of fishing in the waters of the North Umpqua to the ocean waters at Winchester Bay and the lakes in between. The North Umpqua River east of Roseburg is internationally recognized for its fishing opportunities.
