Hours: 12 Hour Shifts 3 Days per Week

Additional Information: - Board certified strongly preferred.
- We are a level 4 Trauma Center seeing an average of 90 patients per day.
- Physician can have a curent and active license from any state and obtain an Arizona license within 6 months.
