What makes a city a great place to work? The same things that make communities great places to live — well-maintained neighborhoods, good schools, safe streets, lakes, parks, golf courses, shopping, arts, plenty of things to do and affordable housing options. Low cost of living and high quality of life make Leesburg a most attractive place to live and work.

Leesburg offers easy access to Florida’s most famous attractions, yet offers an active but leisurely lifestyle. Opportunities for fishing, boating, biking, camping, hiking, horseback riding and swimming in deep, clear springs set the stage for an “endless vacation.” A healthy and growing economy makes for a great place to establish roots, with a complete range of job opportunities and amenities that enhance the quality of life.

LifeStream provides services in Lake, Citrus, Sumter, Marion, Orange and Hernando Counties.

Central Florida is a region of the Southern U.S. state of Florida. Different sources give different definitions for the region, but as its name implies it is usually said to comprise the central part of the state, including the Tampa area and the Orlando area. The Central region includes the Orlando metropolitan area (Orange, Lake, Osceola, and Seminole Counties), Marion and Sumter Counties in the interior, and Volusia and Brevard Counties on the coast. There are over 100 miles of coastline in Central Florida along the Atlantic Coast. Many of the attractions such as the Kennedy Space Center, Universal, and Disney are just a short driving distance from the areas we serve.  Several of the NFL, NBA, and NHL teams are located in our area. Leesburg is considered the Lakefront City and Tavares is the Seaplane City. For those over 55, The Villages is located in Lake, Sumter and Marion Counties and is considered Florida’s friendliest city to live in.

The Nature Coast region includes Citrus County and as it states, nature abounds. The Gulf Coast of Florida has the most beautiful beaches. Activities common in this area include hunting, fishing, boating, bird watching, and nature hiking. Snorkeling spots are found in the rivers along the Nature Coast. Diving and manatee tours are available, predominantly in areas such as Crystal River, Homosassa and Homosassa Springs.

Citrus and Sumter Counties have some rural areas to live and enjoy your horses, cows or just enjoy the tranquility of the great outdoors.
