- $250K Base salary plus Performance Bonus - NO Call

Additional Information:
- Occupational Medicine experience required.
- Background in workers comp preferred
- Strong customer service skill set required.
- The patient population is adults only.
- Provider to cover 1 day at Watsonville clinic
- Based on experience and desire there is an option for someone to move into a Medical Director's role where they will oversee the organization and clinics. This would mean a 70/30 time split between clinical and administrative.
