Job Description

Hours: Can vary depending upon needs of Provider - 4 long days or 4.5 days (36 patient contact hours) 7:00am - 5:00pm
Degrees Accepted: MD/DO
Average patients seen: 16-20
Call Schedule: Weekdays, Weekends Shared call with other clinics (West Hills Primary Care). Call is about once every other month
Sign-On Bonus
Compensation: Base + Production/Incentive, Sign-On Bonus
