- 90% Administrative: 10% Clinical
- Minimum of 5 years experience required
- Minimum of 2 years administrative/supervisory experience required - Ambulatory or Public Health a plus.
- Board Certification required.
- Experience and knowledge in Population Health Practice strongly preferred.
- Will oversee all clinical staff with 3 Direct Reports.
- Will provide guidance, leadership, and oversight for our outpatient clinical services.
- This will include authorization of services, clinical operations, and the overall clinical direction of the community health centers.
- Providing quality healthcare services to patients from 16 locations across 4 Indiana counties in the Indianapolis area
