Compensation: - Salary $100K - $110K plus Productivity Bonus

Additional Information: - 2 years of experience is required.
- Join our brand new facility located in an elementary school. The clinic will serve patients of all ages.
- The nurse practitioner will work with own patient panel and be working solo the majority of the time.
- We have been Joint Commission Accredited since 1998.
- Hopewell Health Centers is a nationally accredited federally qualified health and community mental health center with 16 sites across 8 counties in Southeast Ohio.
