Additional Information: - Duties include patient care, evaluations for surgery, patient panel from the community and referrals from sports therapists at the local schools.
- We are located 35 miles west of Toledo which gives you access to great shopping as well as an express/connector airport.
- We are 1.5 hours from Ft. Wayne and Detroit, 3 hours from Columbus, and just over 4 hours from Chicago.
