Additional Information: RN Clinical Coordinator - The Clinical Coordinator reports to the Chief Medical Officer (CMO) and is responsible for hiring new Clinical staff, negotiating employee benefits, developing personnel policies, resolving labor conflicts, maintaining equipment, ensuring compliance with all government guidelines, guaranteeing medical records are stored properly. The Clinical Coordinator is responsible for OSHA compliance, PCMH credentialing, and assists with grant writing and oversight. The Clinical Coordinator juggles many balls with the goal of handling the business aspects of medicine to maximize physicians' time, and enhance patient care. Requires a current North Carolina RN License.
