Hours: Monday - Friday 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM | Per Diem Opportunities Available

- This physician will supervise mid-levels
- This physician will work 2 - 3 days at our Upland Health Center and 2 - 3 Days at our Board and Care Facilities
- A minimum of 20 hours a week at Upland Health Center is required
