Hours: 4 Day Work Week Combining Clinic, Inpatient Coverage, ER Call and Admin Time

Average patients seen: 12-15 Clinic Patients per Day | Average 4 ER Visits per 24 Hour Period
Call Schedule: 1:4 ER Call

Compensation: $200K-$220K DOE, plus Production Bonus

- Join a rural health clinic and critical access hospital operating out of a single building in a beautiful mountain setting.
- This is an excellent opportunity to practice a broad range of medicine including continuity care, urgent care, and emergency and inpatient medicine.
- You will join a team of one full-time physician as well as PAs, NPs, and an LCSW.
- Responsibility to supervise PAs will be shared.
- 4 day work weeks including call make for a great work/life balance and plenty of time to enjoy nature in scenic Cascade.

- The ideal candidate must be comfortable working in the clinic, ER, and inpatient settings.
- BE physicians must become BC within 2 years.
