Job Description

Hours: Monday, Tuesday & Friday 9 AM - 6 PM Wednesday & Thursday 9 AM - 6 PM or 10 AM - 7 PM

Compensation: $160K-$190K | Based on Experience | Loan Forgiveness Through the NHSC | HPSA 18

Additional Information:
- The physician will only see adult patients.

REQUIREMENTS:
- Active NY Medical License and DEA
- Updated BLS and infection control certificate
- Previous community health experience

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS:
- Proficiency in Spanish or an Asian language
- Working knowledge of primary HIV medical care and LGBTQI care is a plus
